Abstract: The climatic conditions of the Gothic Hall of the State Art and Cultural History Museum in the Foundation of the State of Schleswig-Holstein Castle Gottorf are presented and analyzed in the following Bachelor – Thesis.
The Gothic Hall is one of the oldest preserved rooms of the Gottorf Castle, in which ecclesiastical art from the 13th to the 15th century is displayed.
Records of a thermo-hygrograph since 31st of December 2004 and climate gauges installed during this study support the analysis of the climate conditions. Based on this analysis, measure recommendations are given to enhance the surroundings in the Gothic Hall.
