Andi Pose: Phosphatanalysis: Method and Application in Field Archäologie Back
Language: Original   -   Translation
Overview:

Abstract: The objective of this dissertation was to prospect the content of phosphate in the soil of a deserted medieval town area, using different investigative methods. The obtained results were on the one hand meant to serve to complement the results of the beforehand realized geophysical prospection methods, and on the other hand to yield comparative analyses for the specific use of the phosphate method.
Beginning with an abstract on research history in this area and the explanation of the coherences of influencing values on this investigation method, in the further context of this work, the different methods of analysis were compared with the geophysically gained results, using statistical procedures. Based on this comparison, the most suitable of the selected methods was chosen and evaluated.
