20 years Hornemann Institute

The Hornemann Institute has been founded in 1998. It celebrated its 20th anniversary on 16 January 2019 in St. Michaelis in Hildesheim with a scientific lecture on the preventive conservation of St. Michael's famous painted ceiling from the 13th century.

On occasion of the anniversary, a brochure has been published that - in addition to the image brochure - also provides a first insight into the background of the institute's work.
