Sonja Krug: Analysis of groups of binding medium with two-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy Back
Language: Original   -   Translation
Overview:

Abstract: The aim of this thesis was to develop a method of analysis for binding media, which is reproducible and, without invasive changes of the sample, allows the examination of the individual layers of cross-sections. A two-dimensional fluorescence spectroscope, joined together with a microscope, was used and both reference and original samples were examined. The result of this examination, as summarized in this thesis, show that this method is suitable to classify the various binding media. In this first study it was already possible to analyse the binding media of original samples. The advantage of this method, in comparison with the one-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy, is the more complex information one gets, and, consequently, the more precise results.
