Zusammenfassung: It is the aim of this work to offer the Historical Museum a basis for a future emergency planning using the selected exhibition area on the second floor as an example. The basis is a defined plan of action manual, which may also be applied to other rooms of the museum after adaption to the respective conditions.
The work is structured according to the methodical procedures for the object-oriented emergency plan and is divided into two parts: the detailed development of the emergency action plan and the manual resulting from it.
Part one starts with the description of the institution and the definition of basic technical terms. After a general survey of common endangerments, it goes on to record the specific sources of danger on the entire second floor of the museum culminating in a risk analysis with determination and assessment of the grade of risk. Subsequently, organizational and technical measures for a risk prevention are presented. In the chapter of the actual emergency planning part one ends with the elaboration of the emergency action plan by referring to the main damaging occurrences of fire and water and the determination of the rescue team and the chronological sequence of the planning into the phases "before, during and after the disaster".
In part two of the work, all issues of the emergency action planning based on the risk analysis and the risk prevention are summarized in the form of a manual. Besides the respective instructions it contains a survey of the structures and tasks of the rescue team as well as the necessary basic documents for the rescue procedure.
