This bachelor thesis concerns the problem of a microbial film on sandstone sculp-ture surfaces. At an example, of a baroque sculpture in the park of the Bremer state museum, will be create a purification concept. The monitoring of the purifica-tion results and their sustainability should be measured by the activity of the micro-bial film conducted with the “Puls-Amplituden Fluorometrie” (short: PAM) and the adenosine triphosphate-Measurement (short: ATP).
