| Abstract: | The topic of the present diploma thesis covers the conservation and restoration of the lion‐gate in Hattuscha, Turkey, which are conducted in 2010. The intention of the work was to preserve the stone material of the gate and to improve the perceptiveness of the aesthetic dimension of the whole monument. In the second part of the diploma thesis considerations are made about the topic of the formation and the decomposition of lime‐sinter existing in the sanctuary Yazilikaya. |
